The Fitzgerald Biosphere Community Collective (FBCC) has utilised the MAB program as a mechanism to recognise, credit, assist and encourage those efforts and projects already in place within the community that are working hard to develop and deliver cultural, conservation and sustainable development outcomes within their own jurisdictions.
The FBCC now works on how to best engage with and communicate these efforts across various sectors to maintain rapport, bringing together a stage to celebrate those organisations and individuals that are engaging in activities that ‘Inspire a positive future by connecting people and nature today’.
